We went to Ovenbird’s The Vault coffee shop in Cathcart to get coffee on the way home. A lovely venue, and they roast their own coffee. On the wall they had this interesting poster by Falcon Coffee, who I assume provide them with the green coffee beans, showing the different regional seasonalities. I assume this is something that it’d be useful to know as a coffee drinker, but it’s not a view you’re often given - I’ll need to see if I can get a copy somehow, they didn’t obviously have it available on their website.
